Video: Digital customer trends 2022

In March 2022, we held our APAC event live from Singapore on Digital customer trends 2022 in partnership with BPP.

Digital channels have proved vital in response to the Covid-19 outbreak, allowing brands to deliver services customers need while adhering to social distancing mandates. Live chat pop-ups have been added to selected high-traffic web pages to allow chatbots and virtual assistants to shoulder additional customer care burdens. Additionally, IT budgets are increasing in areas such as cloud computing and cyber security. Asia’s consumer markets are not only growing rapidly but are diversifying and segmenting.

Hear from Cheetah Digital, Salesforce, and Forrester Research discuss how businesses are adapting to those changing digital consumer trends

As a result, digital leaders must more closely scrutinize their role in society and their responsibilities to a broader range of stakeholders so they can respond effectively to a significant shift in attitudes.

Hear from BPP, PwC China and PwC discuss how ESG issues can be material to the performance of the business and how clear metrics, communications, and reporting are key to different stakeholders.
