About the Digital Leadership Forum

The Digital Leadership Forum is evolving into the AI Leadership Forum: a specialist platform helping healthcare and regulated organisations operationalise AI safely, strategically and effectively.


As AI reshapes how organisations operate, how decisions are made, and how information is discovered inside systems such as ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity, leadership teams face growing pressure to move from experimentation to practical implementation.


The Forum exists to support that transition, bringing together senior leaders to explore how AI is being embedded into workflows, operations, governance and organisational strategy.

What we do:

We combine executive dialogue, peer-level insight and practical advisory support to help organisations navigate AI with clarity and confidence.

Our work focuses on three areas:

  • AI Visibility & Citation Intelligence: Helping organisations understand how they are surfaced, trusted and cited within AI systems – and how to strengthen visibility, authority and discoverability in the age of AI search.
  • Clinical AI Operations & Agentic Workflows: Supporting healthcare and regulated organisations as they operationalise AI across workflows, copilots, governance, field excellence and AI-assisted operational processes.
  • Executive AI Leadership & Governance: Helping leadership teams understand, govern and operationalise AI strategically across increasingly complex organisational environments.

How we work:

Through the Forum, we facilitate executive discussions, industry insight and peer-level collaboration across healthcare and regulated sectors.
Alongside this, advisory, implementation and operational support is delivered through AI Republic – the Forum’s specialist AI advisory and transformation arm.
This combination of thought leadership, executive community and practical delivery helps organisations translate AI potential into measurable operational outcomes.

AI Healthcare Leadership Forum

A core part of our work is the AI Healthcare Leadership Forum, which brings together senior leaders from pharma, healthcare and regulated industries to explore the operational realities of AI adoption.
Topics include clinical AI operations, AI visibility, workflow redesign, software as a medical device (SaMD), governance, vendor risk, copilots, agentic workflows and executive AI strategy.
The Forum provides a trusted environment for practical discussion, collaboration and leadership exchange.

Our Perspective

We believe the next phase of AI will be defined not simply by technological progress, but by how effectively organisations:

  • Integrate AI into real operational workflows
  • Equip leaders to make confident strategic decisions
