Tim has been coaching teams and organisations in innovation practice for many years across alandscape of media orgs (such as Sky, Wolff Olins, Google and AKQA) and has recently created aMasterclassprogramme teaching participants how to lead innovation process. He is a Fellow ofthe Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA) and an Affiliate of the InternationalCoaching Federation (ICF) and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).

Helen is an Agile Coach and Qualified Cognitions & Behavioural Coach. She has been working inchange projects for 15 years, starting on the railway building simulated environments in trainingcentres. She has moved across various industries from pharma, print and technology amongstother adventures.
