Workshop: Data Skills and Strategy

In this session, members developed their team’s data skills and drove success through data-driven decision-making.

Topics covered included:

• How to identify the maturity level of their organisation’s data and evaluate the data strategy.
• How to define the data skills requirements for people within their team and organisation.
• How to develop a customised training plan for their team
• Members heard about how other organisations have faced similar issues and shared their own experiences.
• They gained valuable insights and best practices for improving data maturity and driving data-driven decision-making within their organisation.
