Executive Faculty
The AI Leadership Forum Executive Faculty brings together senior practitioners with deep expertise across the disciplines required to successfully operationalise AI within complex organisations. Collectively, the faculty combines experience in AI strategy, organisational transformation, technology implementation, governance, law, digital platforms, search, data and change management.
Rather than offering theoretical perspectives, faculty members draw on extensive practical experience from leading organisations across healthcare, life sciences, financial services, higher education, government and industry.
They contribute specialist insight to our executive programmes, advisory work and leadership discussions, helping organisations address the technical, organisational and governance challenges of deploying AI at scale.

Chris Angell

Chris Angell is the founder of MooCow Media, a digital agency established in 2006. With almost two decades of experience in web development, technical SEO, search strategy and digital performance, he has developed specialist expertise in how websites are interpreted, evaluated and surfaced by AI-powered search systems.
Chris specialises in the technical and content foundations that enable AI platforms to accurately understand organisations. His expertise spans business clarity, service definition, structured data, semantic architecture, authoritative trust signals and machine-readable content that supports effective AI interpretation.
He has a detailed understanding of how large language models and AI search platforms interpret content, identify relationships and assess context, intent, expertise and authority. This enables organisations to improve how they are represented within AI-generated answers, recommendations and search results.
Combining deep technical expertise with an understanding of the rapidly evolving AI search landscape, Chris helps organisations identify weaknesses in how their websites communicate services, expertise and value. His work bridges traditional SEO with AI search optimisation, enabling organisations to improve visibility, credibility and discoverability as AI increasingly reshapes online search.
Tancredi De Pretto

Tancredi De Pretto focuses on the question most AI programmes skip: which cognitive work should be handed to a machine, and why. His practice, Humanatia, develops AI fluency in leaders and the teams around them, with particular attention to what passive adoption does to people: their cognition, the quality of their output, and their engagement with the work.
His ethos is meaningful adoption rather than adoption for the sake of vanity metrics. His methodology rests on a simple observation: judgement, critical thinking and tacit knowledge are the first capabilities an organisation loses when delegation happens without direction. Yet in an age of generalist on-demand intelligence, they are what a business can least afford to lose.
He believes in the augmentation of human work through active engagement with AI tools as a means of discovering what is worth automating away to machines.
He began in Microsoft’s Data & AI division as an early specialist in generative AI, advocating Responsible AI practices with UK enterprises.
He has since driven AI adoption strategy, training and coaching inside organisations, with a particular focus on moving people beyond conversational use of AI into genuine collaboration with agentic systems.
