A private peer discussion for senior leaders responsible for deploying AI at scale
As investment in enterprise AI increases, executive teams are under growing pressure to demonstrate tangible business value. Yet measuring AI effectively is rarely as straightforward as calculating the return on an individual technology investment.
This session will explore how leaders are moving beyond measures of AI activity and adoption towards a clearer understanding of operational and business value. We will examine how organisations distinguish individual productivity gains from meaningful improvements in workflows, customer outcomes, decision-making, cost, speed and organisational performance.
The discussion will consider how leaders establish meaningful baselines, select appropriate measures for different types of AI initiatives and connect adoption with business outcomes. We will also explore where conventional ROI measures are useful — and where they can create an incomplete or misleading picture of value.
A critical question is how measurement informs investment decisions. Leaders need to understand not only whether AI is being used, but which initiatives should be scaled, which need to change and which should be stopped.
The discussion will focus on how executives can build a practical approach to measuring AI value that supports better investment, prioritisation and scaling decisions.
