This session explored the importance of using AI to aid problem-solving in design thinking rather than replacing it, how humans need the time and space to be creative, and how although the tech is exciting and adaptable, it doesn’t mean that AI should be used for the sake of it. AI should be a tool that will genuinely help you and your business in design thinking.
