About the event

AI adoption has moved beyond the pilot stage. The challenge now is creating the culture, governance and operating models needed to make AI work at scale.

The AI Adoption Playbook brings together leaders to explore three critical areas of enterprise adoption: culture, risk and governance, and operational adoption.

We’ll look at how organisations can build AI fluency and confidence across their workforce, create practical guardrails that enable responsible experimentation, and redesign workflows so AI becomes embedded into everyday operations rather than remaining stuck in isolated pilots.

The conversation will focus on the practical decisions organisations need to make now, from managing Shadow AI and accountability to building workforce capability, prioritising use cases and measuring meaningful business value.

Join this session to:

  • Explore how to build a culture where people feel confident, capable and accountable when using AI
  • Understand how to balance innovation with practical risk management, governance and oversight
  • Identify what it takes to move AI from experimentation into workflows, operating models and everyday business
  • Share practical approaches to scaling AI, measuring value and building sustainable adoption across the organisation
