A private peer discussion for senior leaders responsible for deploying AI at scale
As organisations move towards 2027, the challenge is shifting from adopting individual AI tools to building organisations capable of operating effectively with AI embedded across the business.
This session will explore how organisational structures, roles, capabilities and operating models need to evolve as AI becomes a more significant part of everyday work. We will examine the balance between centralised and federated AI capabilities, emerging roles and responsibilities, and the level of AI fluency required across different parts of the organisation.
A critical part of this transition will be the changing relationship between people and increasingly capable AI systems. As agents and AI-enabled workflows take on more activities, leaders will need to determine how responsibilities should be redesigned, where human judgement creates the greatest value and how teams can collaborate effectively with AI.
The discussion will also consider the leadership dimension: the behaviours, capabilities and organisational conditions required to build confidence, encourage experimentation and move successful AI initiatives into sustainable operational capability.
