A private peer discussion for senior leaders responsible for deploying AI at scale
As AI moves from experimentation into core business workflows, governance becomes an operational challenge rather than simply a matter of policy. For executives, the question is increasingly how to establish the right controls and accountability without slowing innovation or preventing teams from capturing value.
This session will explore how organisations are moving from centralised AI policies towards practical guardrails that can be embedded into day-to-day operations. We will examine questions of ownership and accountability, acceptable levels of AI autonomy, human oversight, data and privacy, and how leaders are responding to the growth of shadow AI across the enterprise.
The discussion will also consider the governance challenges created by increasingly autonomous AI systems and agents. As AI begins to take actions, interact with other systems and participate more directly in workflows, organisations need to determine where decision rights sit, when human intervention is required, and how accountability should operate.
We will explore how governance can become part of the workflow itself, including procurement and vendor governance, rather than remaining the responsibility of a central committee removed from operational decision-making.
The discussion will focus on the executive decisions required to create governance that enables organisations to scale AI confidently, responsibly and effectively.
